- FLEACO is an online marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers.
- FLEACO facilitates product discovery, ordering and payments.
- Products are sold directly by independent vendors.
- FLEACO is not the manufacturer of listed products unless explicitly stated.
2. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for the security of their account credentials.
- Users must provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in suspension or termination.
3. Orders
Orders become confirmed only after successful payment.
Order cancellations by sellers
Orders may be cancelled by sellers in exceptional situations, including:
- Out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Technical issues
4. Payments
- Payments are securely processed using Razorpay.
- FLEACO does not store card or banking information.
- Applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the listed price.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for:
- Product listings and descriptions
- Product accuracy and authenticity
- Product quality
- Packaging
- Shipping
- Warranty (if applicable)
6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:
- Provide accurate shipping details
- Make timely payments
- Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
7. Intellectual Property
- All platform branding, logos and software belong to Agile Coach Private Limited.
- Seller product content belongs to the respective sellers.
8. Limitation of Liability
FLEACO acts as a technology marketplace. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
